We give dogs a day in the park

In today’s world, with busy families and schedules, many people leave their dogs unattended during the day, or don't have the time or energy to exercise or socialize with them as much as they'd like.

We fell into this category as well. We felt guilty leaving our dogs home alone all day. We wanted to give them more. So we decided to create an environment for dog owners in our community, a place to go when the hectic nature of your lives prevent the attention dogs need. A day care for dogs is quickly emerging as an important service we can provide.

Groomingdale's is a dog day care and grooming center, complete with an outdoor park, that provides structured play time, games and activities and rest periods when a break is needed. We are designed to provide your dogs with required exercise and socialization with other dogs. We offer and provide excellent and quality care for your dog while you are at work, or otherwise busy. Our grooming services are available to the general public whether you use our day care services or not. Our outdoor park gives dogs the space to exercise, play and be with nature.

We are a family owned business. Our family has been in the Hudson Valley for four generations and we have been engaged in numerous successful businesses. As a result, we know how to be committed to the community and our customers. We employ trained and knowledgeable staff to attend to your needs and the needs of your dog – ensuring they are cared for as if they were our dogs. Groomingdale's is run by dog lover Joyce Redl and her passionate staff!
